    Very pricey compared to what I'm used too on Vancouver Island but it is THE BEST Chinese I've ever had (and I travel A LOT). Whenever I visit, I insist on coming here. And the first hour of being a resident of Grande Cache, I made sure we had this for dinner. It's worth the money every month or so when we do splurge on take-out. Owners are super friendly too and are excellent with my young nieces. Very nice family atmosphere.

    Seriously, your deep fried wontons. WORST EVER. All wrap, no delicious meaty insides. My dog wouldn't even eat them.

    YOU HAVE BROUGHT SHAME ON YOURSELVES AND YOUR ENTIRE FAMILY.

    The other food was ok.

    I can't say this was the best Chinese food I've ever had, but it was pretty good. We had the Sunday evening buffet. All the food was made as it was eaten, and not left to sit in the warming dishes, so it was nice and fresh, and hot. It was a nice selection of items. A slightly bit more pricey than other places I have been, but overall, it was good.

    Like in all small towns there's at least one chinese restaurant.  They do have buffet but i suggest trying the menu if it's not too busy.  Very nice people and the food is quite good.

    I don't know if it's because I am originally from Grande Cache,but I have yet to find another Chinese restaurant that makes food as good as this place. The buffet is throughout the week during lunch hour or on Saturday evenings and it is always stocked and hot! Everything that is fried is done just right and never soggy,from the yummy lemon chicken to the spring rolls. The decor is a little wacky,but the food makes up for it. Hot and delicious!
